绝地求生：PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS (PUBG)

分解为 ==> player unknown’s battle grounds。

ground除了地面、土地、范围，还有 战场;根据 的意思，有趣的是，ground充当战场时竟然是可数名词：

• N-COUNT You can use ground to refer to an area of land, sea, or air which is used for a particular activity. 场地

  例：

  The best fishing grounds are around the islands.

  最好的渔场是在岛屿周围。

   

近战武器:close-in weapons

国际服中刺激战场有一个娱乐模式叫做：melee，是混战，格斗的意思，也就是我们可遇不可求的近战模式。

melee /ˈmɛleɪ/

• N-COUNT A melee is a noisy, confusing fight between the people in a crowd. 混战

  例：

  A policeman was killed and scores of people were injured in the melee.

  混战中一名警察被打死，许多人受伤。

• N-SING A melee of things is a large, confusing, disorganized group of them. 混乱无序

  例：

  …the melee of streets around the waterfront.

  …滨水区周围街道的混乱无序。

   

接下来来介绍一下close-in weapons:

大砍刀：Machete -> n. 弯刀；大砍刀；马谢特琴。

撬棍：Crowbar -> n.撬棍；铁橇；起货钩。

镰刀:Sickle。

平底锅: pan -> n. 平底锅；盘状的器皿；淘盘子，金盘，秤盘。

我吃鸡了！ : I won a chicken dinner！

Chicken dinner ==> 鸡肉晚餐,在吃鸡游戏里，我们就称之为吃鸡。
